Welcome to BizPal. By registering or using BizPal, you agree to these Terms of Service. BizPal is a matching platform. We do not sell, deliver, pay for, or guarantee your deals.
1. Definitions
- Platform: BizPal, including the website, API, MCP service, and related features.
- User: any individual or organization that registers or uses the platform.
- Post: a supply or demand listing published by a user.
- Match: a recommendation generated by the platform based on posts and preferences.
- Deal: an agreement reached by users. The platform is not a party to the deal.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email or phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not sell, rent, or share your account.

3. User Conduct
3.1 You promise to
- Publish accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive posts.
- Respect intellectual property, trade secrets, and privacy.
- Use the platform only for legitimate collaboration and business purposes.
3.2 Prohibited behavior
- Publishing illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harassing content.
- Impersonating another person or organization.
- Scraping platform data at scale or attacking the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
4. Platform Services
4.1 AI Matching
- AI matching is based on structured posts and preferences.
- We do not guarantee that any match will result in a successful deal.
- You decide whether to contact or transact with a match.
4.2 Agent Negotiation
- Agents may negotiate on your behalf, but they do not make final decisions.
- Final confirmation for a deal, price, or schedule always requires a human user.
4.3 Notifications
- We send notifications by email, web push, webhook, and in-app messages.
- Delivery depends on the channels you configure and cannot be guaranteed 100%.
5. Privacy and Data
How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- The platform and its content are owned by BizPal.
- You keep ownership of your posts and grant BizPal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, match, and recommend them.
- You may not resell or expose BizPal APIs and MCP services to third parties without permission.
7. Disclaimers
- No transaction guarantee: BizPal is only a matching platform. We do not guarantee quality, delivery, payment, or performance.
- Offline deals are your responsibility: Users contact and transact directly. BizPal does not mediate or guarantee offline deals.
- AI results are informational: Matching and negotiation outputs are generated by AI and are not binding advice.
- Service availability: We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Enforcement
If you violate these terms, we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend your account, or ban you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the platform or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
